Our long-standing client is a UK based market leader in subsea cable installation and maintenance solutions to the telecoms and oil & gas industries.
We were contacted due to a reported fault on a hydraulic system which was resulting in not lifting an intended 45 tonne load.
The problem was causing downtime for our client resulting in a loss of production and increased costs.
Due to the urgent nature of the problem, we despatched a hydraulic design engineer and hydraulic engineer to the
site within hours of the initial reported problem.
Our engineers successfully diagnosed the fault with new flow dividers specified, assembled supplied and installed
complete with an installation kit.
The problem was resolved within days of the initial reported fault.
The rapid intervention of our design and hydraulic engineers ensured a quick response not only to identifying the problem but to also supply and install replacement parts.
This enabled our client to resume their work ensuring minimum downtime and reduced disruption to their work
