Emergency breakdown not a problem for HOS

Introduction

Our client is a UK based manufacturer producing high quality products for the construction industry across the world.

 

The Problem

Receiving an early morning call from our client, they advised that their production line had been stopped due to a failure of the hot oil  thermal hose assembly.

The downtime was causing cost implications and time issues with employees unable to work on the production line.

We were asked to investigate as soon as possible to ensure the factory was up and running again.

 

 

The Solution

Within an hour of the initial call, our team of technicians arrived on site and started to investigate.

They quickly identified the cause of the breakdown and hose assemblies were specified, these were 306/316 stainless steel convoluted hose and related end fittings.

From our large range of stock items, we were able to source the products quickly and install the new assemblies to the production line.

 

 

Summary

Due to the rapid response from our hydraulic team, we were able to ensure our client’s production line was back up and running within hours of their initial call.
