Our client, an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) is based in the UK and provide manufactured parts to projects throughout the world.
We were initially approached by our client due to an issue they were experiencing with system temperature and flow on their equipment.
The problem was causing an increased rate of cooling time which in turn was intensifying the warping of plastic products on their cooling line.
Following a meeting with our technical staff and further investigation, our team introduced new inline flow control
valve manifolds along with new larger bore hose assemblies.
This allowed an increase flow rate to be managed which solved the temperature and flow problem.
The design of cooling systems is extremely important in injection moulding and the manufacture of plastics.
Due to the installation of the valve manifolds & larger bore hose assemblies, we successfully ensured our client
encountered no further problems in their manufacturing process and were able to continue with uninterrupted
supply.
“As not just suppliers and distributors of products, we were delighted to be able to specify, source and install the valves and hose assemblies to our client to ensure no further problems in their manufacturing process.”
