We were approached by a company new to ourselves, based in the UK, they deliver oil & gas management projects for clients across the world.

 

The Problem

The company were finding it difficult to identify and specify a suitable material for their latest project.  The problem was causing a delay to the project which could eventually cause downtime and a delay in final delivery dates.

They approached HOS in the hope that our technical and engineering teams could identify and source a solution to the problem.

The Solution

After investigating the specifications and applications, due to the working pressure, temperature and high level of
material certification required, our technical team quickly identified that exotic seamless hydraulic tubing was
required for the application.

Due to the ongoing urgent nature of the enquiry, our sales team quickly raised a proposal which was accepted by the
customer.   The tubing was ordered and delivered to our client with full material documentation pack.
