HOS celebrate International Women’s Day

As an engineering company, we’re proud that we have a 50/50 split between our female and male employees.

It’s encouraging to see recent analysis from EngineeringUK that has shown that 14.5% of those working in engineering are female, which represents an increase from 12 percent in 2018, however, more work definitely needs to be done.
