If you’re a sales professional with experience in the hydraulic sector and would like to work for an established north east business, we would love to chat.
The role will involve maintaining and developing your own customer portfolio, you should have a keen focus on account management, be eager to develop customer relationships, follow up leads and maximise the potential for growth in the business.
Essential requirements:
- Hydraulic sales experience working within a busy office environment
- Ability to multi-task with meticulous organisation skills to plan daily calls and your own diary
- Commercial awareness
- Previous use of a CRM system
- Self-motivated, ambitious and with high standards
- Valid driving licence
Desired requirements and responsibilities:
- Develop a key account management concept for relevant customers and ensure that they are contacted regularly
- Ensure that our product/service offering is maximised to existing customers
- Achieve agreed targets to increase revenue
- Assist with maintenance and further development of the sales and marketing plan to develop the customer base
- Promote company initiatives and special offers to increase sales
- Build a pipeline of opportunities for new business, negotiate, and close those sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met
Hours are: Mon-Thurs 8.30am to 5.00pm & Fri 8.30 to 4.00pm
Full time permanent position
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
